All of the land we own has clear title. We have the property insured by First American Title Insurance and we will provide you with all documentation of proper land registration. Buyers can also purchase First American Title Insurance directly through First American for their lots.

What are living costs like in Nicaragua?

The costs to live well in Nicaragua are very low. Many people find that they can enjoy a very good lifestyle which would be prohibitive in the US, especially for people on fixed income or retirees. Retirees can reside in Nicaragua with special tax incentives to give them even more value for their money. The purchasing power ratio (or PPR) for Nicaragua is 4:1. That is, $100 here will purchase roughly the same daily goods and services that $400 would purchase in the US.

What is the climate in Nicaragua?

The weather is one of the most attractive things about Nicaragua. The area around Granada averages temperatures in the 80’s during the day and mid 70's at night year round. There is a dry season from December through April where it almost never rains. The months of May and October are considered the wet season where it rains more often but seldom all day or everyday.


Can I have a Driver’s License or Permit?

Any American can drive on their own US driver’s license while they are in Nicaragua, up to 3 months at a time.
