All of the land we own has clear title. We have the property
insured by First American Title Insurance and we will provide you with all documentation
of proper land registration. Buyers can also purchase First American Title Insurance
directly through First American for their lots.
How Safe is Nicaragua?
NICARAGUA IS VERY SAFE! Nicaragua is the safest country in
Central America with the very LOWEST violent crime rate. Commerce, small business and
even the beginnings of a working middle class are emerging as a solid base for a strong
economic future that everyone wants to see continue. The days of wild Sandinistas are
gone. Sandinistas today are concerned business men and women that support Tourism and
the current economic growth happing in Nicaragua.
What are living costs like in Nicaragua?
The costs to live well in Nicaragua are very low. Many people
find that they can enjoy a very good lifestyle which would be prohibitive in the US,
especially for people on fixed income or retirees. Retirees can reside in Nicaragua
with special tax incentives to give them even more value for their money. The
purchasing power ratio (or PPR) for Nicaragua is 4:1. That is, $100 here will purchase

What is the climate in Nicaragua?
The weather is one of the most attractive things about Nicaragua.

night year round. There is a dry season from December through April where it almost never

often but seldom all day or everyday.

Any American can drive on their own US driver’s license while
they are in Nicaragua, up to 3 months at a time.
