Villa Lagos has custom designed 3 distinctly unique homes. If you desire, other custom elements can be included in your home! We have our own Architect in house for your convenience and we own our construction company that employs only the most highly skilled professionals. Our homes come with guarantees from the start of construction and are pre-approved with the city.

1. THE COLONIAL   “The Colonial” features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and combines the charm of the old Spanish Colonial style with the functionality of modern design elements. Useable space is 130 square meters (1,400 square feet).

2. THE KATHERINE   The mid-level home is one-level home with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, including a large master suite, Jacuzzi bathroom, and walk in closet. The home features large rooms and 210 square meters (2,263 square feet) of useable space with a carport.

3. THE ISABELLA   This is our largest, “high end” two-level home featuring a large family room, study, 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a large master suite, Jacuzzi, walk in closet, and second floor balcony. This home also features a covered carport. The home is a spacious 323 square meters (3,481 square feet).
